Positive: The location is perfect. At the middle of city, we can go to airport and Messe in between those places. Moreover, it has many restaurants, supermarket, coffer shops. Rooms are clean!

Negative: The toilet heater did not work, it takes few days to fix it as misunderstood the correct toilet.

Summary: Good location and convenience to go to downtown and Frankfurt airport
