The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, airecon, TV and WIFI and exit to the terrace of the private garden (fenced and manual sunscreen) with garden furniture and barbecue.
The independent kitchen hob is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini pimer (mixer) and toaster. There is a toilet on this floor.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) with bathroom with shower and washing machine and a suite (double bed) with master bathroom (bath) and a small balcony.
The bedrooms have air conditioning. The garage is closed and is not usable. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.
It is located 50 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell. It is a privileged area of the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in peak season, there is a restaurant/bar in the urbanization and some beach bars at the beach.
