La propriété ; rez-de-chaussée + un étage, a été entièrement rénovée en 2016. Le gite a tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour confortable : la cuisine intégrée est équipée d'un four électrique, d'une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain.
Coin salon lumineux ; canapés (non convertibles), télévision avec des chaînes Françaises et Anglaises, lecteur DVD.

La chambre dispose d'un lit double en 140x190 de deux chevets et d’une commode.
La salle de bain dispose d'une grande cabine de douche, d'un porte-serviettes chauffant, de toilette.
La durée minimale acceptée du séjour est de 3 nuits.
Il y a un poêle à granules qui peut être utilisé d'octobre à avril inclus ; durant cette période une charge est fournie ; au-delà la fourniture complémentaire est à votre charge.
Apres avril le chauffage d’appoint se fait par un poêle électrique au rez-de-chaussée et par radiateurs électriques à l’étage.
