Positive: Size, comfortable big bed. They got a cot for us, which we paid.

Negative: The AC was leaking when on, we had to put a bucket under it which made noise all night long and we had to empty regularly. The fan in the bedroom as not working. We complained about the problem but they did very little to help. The only offered to send a technician once and expected us to change our plans to be there in person, rather than going when we weren’t there which made me wonder if the owners are even around. It doesn’t really matter because they didn’t try to hard to help and stop replying to my messages. I asked for a new fan and wasn’t even answered. We also found a cockroach on the first night. Besides that, full equipped little kitchen, good sized studio, location was decent, uni area so full of places to eat, easy access to the rest of Valencia. Parking was a nightmare but seems to be the same everywhere.

Summary: Would be better if the AC was working
