The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get you best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains. There is a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car. There's also an outdoor toilet. This property consists of a main building and a secondary house. The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching Smart TV, surfing the Internet or having a little nap. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining-living room with AC. The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each.
