El Higueron is a modern and new area on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, just 10 minutes from Malaga Airport by car.
In the area there is a free bus from the apartment to the beach, to Carrefour and to the Hilton Spa Hotel. In the area you also have a sports club with 9 paddle courts, gym, indoor pool, restaurants and much more.
The Space:
When you step into the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious apartment with fantastic views from the living room. The modern kitchen with the open floor plan is fully equipped, here you have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to be able to cook delicious dinners. From the kitchen you also have a lovely breakfast bar, furthermore you have the living room with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV. The terrace, where you will probably spend the most time, has a nice lounge group with matching sun loungers and dining area with a very nice view of the pool and the sea. On the terrace you also have a private jacuzzi.
Master bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed with en suite bathroom and its own exit to the terrace, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also an additional bathroom and toilet.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, dishwasher, washer and dryer, private parking in the garage, fast WIFI and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
