Its landscape integration in the natural dune of the land will seduce you. It is a modern comfort house, air-conditioned, facing south of a surface of 160m2. The 7 bay windows overlook a spacious exotic wood deck that surrounds the 8mx4m heated pool secured by a submerged electric shutter.
It includes a large living room of 65m2 incorporating a large open kitchen fully equipped with central island (bar), a dining room for 12 guests, a large living room furnished with two sofas, ottomans, cushions, coffee table and TV 65 "and an internet connection (WIFI).
It hosts four single bedrooms, two bathrooms with Italian showers, three toilets.
