- 1 master suite, with dressing room and bathroom (vanity unit, walk-in shower and wc), opening onto the garden.
-1 fully equipped and very functional American kitchen, opening onto the terrace where it is good to eat and drink an aperitif.
-1 living room, dining room, equipped with a sofa, TV, and a table where you can meet 8 people, easily, all overlooking, also on the garden.
-1 laundry room, with at your disposal, washing machine, dryer and freezer.
-1 separate wc.

-1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
-1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
-1 open space with 1 BZ bed.
